Passport Seva’s current ICAO guidance specifies a colour photograph exactly 630 pixels wide by 810 pixels high. It also says the face should occupy 80–85% of the photograph.
The current Passport Seva digital requirement is 630×810 pixels, which has the same 7:9 shape as 35×45 mm. Older or service-specific VFS documents may show different physical sizes. Check the current checklist for your exact application and jurisdiction before printing.
