According to Gates, AI will handle most daily tasks across industries by 2035 (agriculture, logistics, medicine, education), reducing human labor needs.

He predicts that AI-powered tools will revolutionize our access to essential services (e.g., a good teacher and a good doctor).

Artificial intelligence will deliver mental health support, medical diagnoses, and personalized learning experiences.

Such will help solve the shortage of professionals in the said industries/fields.

Gates recognized the uncertainty of how this change would roll out, but he remained optimistic, saying we can overcome human shortage with AI.
